Single reprinted 1¢ Kestrel water-activated coil of 3,000, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing printed these stamps with the 'F' press instead of the 'D' press used for the original printing in 1995. The layouts are different between these two presses. Therefore, the cylinder/plate number for this reprint was considered a new format, and the plate number '1111' was designated, no first day ceremony.
